An unknown man allegedly posed as a BC Hydro worker in an attempt to extort money from a local restaurant. On Feb. 27, staff at the Whistler eatery called police to report the call, saying a man had identified himself as a hydro worker threatening to shut off the power unless hundreds of dollars were sent to him within 45 minutes.…
