The two major Squamish developers that had a hand in the upcoming Newport Beach and Cheekye Fan projects are facing each other in court as part of a dispute over a $15.25 million payment, among other things. Court documents show Matthews Real Estate Development Company Ltd. — known more commonly as Matthews Southwest — and Squamish Cornerstone Developments Ltd. are suing developer Michael Hutchison and several of his associated companies.…
