The municipality has developed a new mobile app to rally its staff in the event of an emergency and is now looking to sell the software. “We have talked about the marketability of the app,” said Mayor Nancy Wilhelm-Morden, adding that it may be a way of recovering some of the costs associated with developing emergency plans, a cost that falls square on the shoulders of municipalities.…
