It’s officially the first day of spring, which means locals can start taking advantage of the bounty of spring and summer recreation programs on offer from the RMOW. Online registration for Whistler residents opened at 12:01 a.m. today, providing access to dozens of courses, workshops and special sporting events for a wide range of ages.…
