It is so frustrating to pull up to the pump at our local gas stations and know that the price we pay hasn’t really got much to do with the actual cost of oil. The insane cost of gas per-litre in the Lower Mainland and up and down the Sea to Sky corridor in May—$1.70 a litre—had lots of people talking and was, in part, the catalyst for the provincial government’s decision to call an inquiry into the situation.…
